Welcome to Iyebiye, the jewel of West Africa as a beacon of sophistication and hospitality, rising up over 45 storeys above the new coastal city being built adjacent to Victoria Island in Lagos City, Nigeria. Our resort/hotel complex will become a landmark and a focal point for residents and investors participating in rich development growth of the world’s fastest-growing megacity, and a gateway to emerging markets of the African continent.

Rising on land reclaimed from the Atlantic Ocean, EKO Atlantic is Africa’s brand new city. Nigeria is Africa’s second most productive economy, and with a GDP growth averaging over seven percent, Lagos is envisioned to become the financial hub of Africa. By extension, the EKO Atlantic city is poised to be a nexus of innovation and potential.

Our sustainable and energy-efficient complex is being designed as a world-class destination containing all facilities required for the sophisticated business traveller, convention-goer and the exclusive luxury residential address.

The site will consist of approximately 260 resort/hotel suites and 768 residences in a three-tower configuration and contains approximately 150,000 square meters (1,600,000 sq.ft.) of development area. The hotel will consist of 13 suite floors, with 20 suites per floor. It will include a mid-level spa on the 14th floor. The upper floors of this 45 storey tower will consist of an additional 264 residential units.

Phases II and III will be a 35 storey residence tower consisting of 32 residential floors each containing 252 suites, and 8 units and terraces per floor.
